I hope the information on this Web site will offer a better understanding of the products and services provided by Eyelet Design.Our company has been at the leading edge of cosmetics closures and specialty products for over forty years. In the 1960's and 1970's we were known as Metal Fabrication and then VCA. In the 1980's and 1990's the company further developed its customer base with the acquisition of Virjune Manufacturing and subsequently operated under the popular names Specialty Packaging and Owens-Brockway.
During these times, our company was able to evolve and introduce various solutions to the cosmetics industry such as extrusion for complex shapes and the patent of the now famous NoMar® edge. Our history in deep drawn metal technology has further enabled us to branch into the manufacturing of various industrial type components. After spending twenty years in both cosmetics and industrial settings, I was fortunate enough to purchase the company and rename it Eyelet Design, Inc. in September, 1999.
Eyelet Design has a vast array of stock tooling to minimize cost and delivery of your new product developments. We combined that with state of the art CAD/CAM engineering, excellent skills throughout the shop floor, rigorous quality standards, and a can-do approach.
